Tap Road 2 is a high-speed 3D arcade game and direct sequel to Tap Road. You and your glowing sphere roll automatically down the endless neon track as you maneuver between unsafe cube obstacles. The objective is straightforward: just try to live as long as possible, break your record, and safely collect gems to unlock new sphere skins.

New Features in Tap Road 2

Tap Road 2 maintains the addictive, one-touch gameplay of the original Tap Road, but adds new maps and challenging methods of gameplay. The basic premise is the same: push your glowing ball down the neverending neon strip and stay alive for as long as you can, but the sequel offers greater choice and more challenging levels to conquer.

The biggest changes players can expect include:

New Obstacles: Four new obstacle types make the track harder to read and require faster reactions. Numbered cube blocks also replace the original spike-style obstacles.
Challenge Mode: This sequel adds a whole new mode: There are six different challenges, each altering how you approach the track.
- Gravity Shift: The sphere is influenced by gravity, and must be held and manipulated accordingly.
- Double Lane: Control two spheres simultaneously while avoiding obstacles.
- Blackout: Limited visibility makes upcoming hazards much harder to predict.
- Orbit Run: The environment flips and rotates, testing your observation and precision.
- Ghost Trail: Your sphere disappears at times, so memory becomes essential.
- Ultimate: Combines the different challenge mechanics into one extreme test.
New Maps and Sphere Skins: Additional maps add to the neon-road experience, and new sphere skins allow you to make your runs your own.
Global Leaderboards: Check and compete with other players around the world.
Track progress: Monitor progress over time and track improvement.

Overall, Tap Road 2 stays easy to understand but becomes much more challenging to master. Faster speeds, tighter obstacle layouts, and varied Challenge Mode mechanics give experienced players more reasons to keep chasing a new personal best.
