How to Play Plonky
Your goal in every level is as simple as guiding Plonky safely to the exit. To get there, you'll need to overcome deadly traps, solve environmental puzzles, and use interactive objects such as carts, switches, ropes, and pulleys.
Time your movements perfectly
Rushing through hazards without careful observation is a common cause for failure in the game. There’s no time pressure, so be sure to take a moment to study the level and the traps around, and then make your movements with perfect timing to stay safe all along the way.
Solve the puzzle using interactive objects
Many obstacles can't be cleared by jumping alone. Throughout the game you'll use objects such as the following:
- Push carts to create platforms.
- Activate switches to open doors or stop hazards.
- Swing on ropes to cross wide gaps.

Do your best to clear every obstacle and solve the environmental puzzles (though it's not always easy) so that you can reach the end zone to complete the level and advance to new next levels.
